Mediation Service Charge

Our Centre provides fixed cost mediation services, which cost HK$2,500.00 for each party. The said fee includes the fee of mediator for 2 hours, the rent of conference rooms, the preparation costs of mediation, appointment fee, administrative costs, filing and photocopy fee.)



If you wish to choose your own mediator, the fee depends on the experience and senirority of mediator, as follow:

• HK$1,000 to HK$8000 per hour

(The above fees include rent of conference rooms)

Note: All mediators are practising barristers and accredited mediators.

Our Centre provides rental service of conference rooms:

• HK$3,000 -HK$6,000 per day
  (from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

Conference rooms include 1 conference room, which can accommodate 20 people, conference rooms, which can accommodate 8-10 people for individual meeting. All rooms are equipped with projectors free of charge.
