• Litigation is no longer the only resolution to disputes. “Mediation” is the best alternative dispute resolution to litigation. The Mediator, an independent person with impartial attitude, assists the parties to reach an agreement during mediation. Parties could save a lot of costs in resolving disputes.



• Since 1^st January 2010, if any one of the parties cannot justify his/her refusal to participate in mediation, the Court has the power to punish such party with unfavourable cost order even though he/she had won the case in Hong kong.



• Our Mediation Professionals provide professional the best mediation services. Every accredited mediator is an expert in its professional from lawyer, accountants, social work Psychologists engineers to quanlify sureyer. Practising barristers could apply their professionals knowledge in providing the mediation services and assist in drafting terms of settlements.



• Our professionals charge each of the parties HK$2,500.00 to provide fixed cost mediation services, including the fee of mediation, appointment fee, administrative costs, filing and photocopies.



• Furthermore, we only charges HK$6,000.00 per day to provide a conference rooms, which can accommodate 20 people for mediation conference, and conference rooms, which can accommodate 6-8 people for the individual meeting. The rooms are equipped with projectors free of charge.



• The Centre also assists the parties in drafting the relevant documents and issue a Mediation Notice to the other party free of charge.
